Samir Patel, MD presented an analysis of the Yosemite/Rhine clinical trials in which almost 16% of eyes experienced an ultra-response (≥4-step improvement in Diabetic Retinopathy Severity Scale [DRSS]) to faricimab, accompanied by improvements in visual acuity, demonstrating that faricimab can dramatically improve diabetic retinopathy in some patients with diabetic macular edema.
