We ask you to please review your insurance for deductible or coinsurance amounts that may apply at the time services are rendered and payment will be collected at the time of the office visit. Mid Atlantic Retina will not become involved in the disputes between you and your insurance company regarding deductibles, co-insurance, covered charges, additional coverages, etc. We will supply requested information as necessary for further processing.
