Mid Atlantic Retina’s newest location is opening on November 23, 2026 in Newark, Delaware. This additional Newark location will expand our access to care in the area.
Carl Park, MD and Yuxi Zheng, MD will be practicing at the new Newark location and will deliver the same world-class retina care that is offered at our other Mid Atlantic Retina locations.
Our Newark office is conveniently located off I-95 and Route 273 and offers ample and accessible parking.

All of our retina specialists are Wills Eye doctors, the principal faculty on the Retina Service of Wills Eye Hospital where patients come from around the world for diagnosis and treatment. They are widely recognized as leaders, educators, and pioneers in ophthalmology and the retina subspecialty, and handle everything from the most complex cases of retinal detachment to conditions such as macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
Dr Brett Foxman, Dr Scott Foxman, Dr Thomas Margolis and Dr Daniel Connors will continue to treat patients at the Northfield, Vineland and Cape May Court House locations.
