Dr. Scott Foxman comes to us with 40 years of experience in vitreoretinal disease and surgery. He was a founder and president of Retinal and Ophthalmic Consultants, PC which merged with Mid Atlantic Retina in August 2025.

Dr. Foxman graduated from Boston University, completed his ophthalmology residency at University of Minnesota, and completed a fellowship in vitreoretinal disease at Jules Stein Eye Institute.

Dr. Foxman is a member of various ophthalmic societies including the American Society of Retinal Specialists, American Academy of Ophthalmology, New Jersey Academy of Ophthalmology, and the Retina Society of New Jersey. He is active in clinical research and has served as an investigator in over 35 clinical trials for various retinal conditions.
